Secure Financial Data Processing Infrastructure as Code

Develop a Terraform configuration that provisions a secure, scalable financial data processing infrastructure using AWS or GCP. Create modular Terraform modules for network segmentation, compute resources, database clusters, and security groups specifically tailored for sensitive financial data processing. Implement least-privilege IAM roles, integrate with AWS Secrets Manager or equivalent, and include comprehensive encryption for data at rest and in transit.
