Content and Acceptable Use Policy

Luxoret gives you generative tools for images, video, voice and music. These tools are powerful, and we hold every user to a clear standard. This policy explains what you may and may not create, upload or publish on Luxoret. It applies to every tool in the Studio, to Luxoret Fly, and to anything shown in the public Community gallery.

Breaking this policy ends your access to the Service. Serious cases are reported to the appropriate authorities.

1. Likeness and consent

Some of our tools change a person's appearance or place a person in a new scene. Face Swap, Character Swap, Gender Swap, Clothes Changer, Kissing Video, Hugging Video and Voice Cloning are the clearest examples. For all of them the rule is the same:

  • You may only upload a photo, video or voice recording of a real person if that person is you, or if you have that person's explicit permission.
  • You may not create romantic, intimate or physical-contact content involving a real person who has not agreed to it.
  • You may not use the likeness or voice of a public figure, celebrity, politician or company representative to suggest that they said or did something they did not.
  • You may not use a generated likeness to impersonate someone, to defraud, to harass, or to damage a person's reputation.

If you would not be comfortable showing the result to the person in the photo, do not make it here.

2. No minors

You may not upload images or video of a minor to any tool that alters a person, and you may not prompt for a minor in any sexual, suggestive or intimate context. Any attempt to generate child sexual abuse material results in an immediate permanent ban and a report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and to law enforcement. There is no warning and no appeal for this.

3. No sexual or adult content

Luxoret is a general-audience platform. You may not create, upload or publish nudity, sexually explicit material, sexually suggestive posing, or content whose purpose is sexual gratification. You may not use our tools to remove or see through clothing on a real person.

4. No deceptive or harmful content

  • No synthetic media presented as a genuine recording of a real event.
  • No fake news, fabricated quotes, or manipulated evidence about elections, health, disasters or public safety.
  • No content that promotes hate, harassment, violence, self-harm, terrorism or extremist organisations.
  • No content that promotes illegal goods, weapons, illegal drugs, or fraud.
  • No malware, phishing pages, or tools built to break into systems or accounts.

5. Copyright and third-party rights

You must own or have the right to use everything you upload. Do not upload copyrighted photographs, film footage, music or artwork that belongs to someone else, and do not use our tools to reproduce a protected work or a registered trademark. If you believe material on Luxoret infringes your copyright, contact us with the URL and proof of ownership and we will remove it.

6. AI content is labelled

Everything produced by our tools is generated by artificial intelligence. If you publish a result outside Luxoret in a context where a viewer could reasonably mistake it for a real photograph or recording, you must say that it is AI generated. We attach provenance metadata to generated files where the underlying model supports it.

7. Moderation of the public gallery

A creation only appears in the public Community gallery when its author chooses to share it. Shared creations are filtered on generation, are reviewed by us, and can be reported by any visitor. We remove anything that breaks this policy, and we may remove anything we consider unsuitable for a general audience, with or without a stated reason.

8. Enforcement

We use automated prompt and image filtering on every tool, and we review reports from users. Depending on what happened we may remove the content, suspend the account, permanently close the account without a refund of remaining credits, or report the matter to law enforcement.

9. Reporting a problem

If you find content on Luxoret that breaks this policy, or you find your own likeness used without your permission, tell us through the contact page. Include the page URL. We answer reports about likeness, minors and sexual content first, normally within 24 hours.

10. Relationship to our other terms

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and is read together with our Privacy Policy. Where this policy is stricter, this policy applies.
