About
Ultimate.ai was a standalone customer support automation platform that used AI to resolve repetitive, high-volume tickets across chat, messaging, and email in over 20 languages. It allowed support teams to build AI agents trained on their own knowledge sources, handling up to 80 percent of incoming requests without human involvement. In 2024 Zendesk acquired Ultimate and integrated its technology into Zendesk AI Agents. The product no longer exists independently, and its full functionality is now available to Zendesk customers as part of the Zendesk suite.
