PyGPT is a locally installed AI assistant that connects to GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, and local models through Ollama via a single interface. It offers twelve operational modes including standard chat, autonomous agents, vision, audio interaction, and file analysis using LlamaIndex across PDFs, CSVs, HTML, and other formats. A plugin system adds web search, code execution, file management, and system commands, while voice control and accessibility features make it usable without a keyboard. The application itself is free and open-source under the MIT license; users supply their own API keys for any commercial model providers.
