PR-Agent is a free, open-source tool that automates pull request review across GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, and Gitea. Point it at any pull request and it produces a structured summary, flags issues, proposes code improvements, and lets you ask plain-language questions about the diff. It works with multiple AI backends including OpenAI, Claude, and Deepseek, so you bring your own API key and keep full control of your data.
