About
Open WebUI provides a browser-based front end for interacting with AI models through Ollama, OpenAI-compatible APIs, LM Studio, and similar backends, all running on your own infrastructure. It includes built-in retrieval-augmented generation with support for nine vector database options, web browsing, voice and video calls, image generation via DALL-E or ComfyUI, and enterprise features such as LDAP, SSO, and role-based access control. Deployment is supported via Docker, Kubernetes, or pip. The core project is open-source and free; an enterprise plan with custom theming and SLA support is available on request.
