It tracks contract renewal dates across fixed-term, rolling, and auto-renewal agreements and alerts the right people well in advance. Before renewals, it surveys internal users on vendor satisfaction and pulls in real market pricing data to benchmark your contracts against a pool of anonymized vendor deals, assigning each contract a Deal Score so you can see where you are overpaying. It also surfaces vetted alternatives when a better deal exists elsewhere. The platform covers IT systems, travel, general services, fleet, and other vendor categories.
