Cherry Studio is a free, open-source desktop application for Windows, Mac, and Linux that brings together access to over 300 pre-configured AI assistants and models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others, alongside local models run through Ollama. You can process text, images, PDFs, and Office documents, visualize Mermaid diagrams, and search across your conversation history.
It supports the Model Context Protocol for developer integrations and offers both light and dark themes. The Community Edition is free under the AGPL-3.0 license. A paid Enterprise Edition with private deployment and centralized model management is available by contacting the team.
