AiDuh is a Chrome extension developed by HostAway that helps vacation rental hosts and property managers reply to guest messages faster. The AI draws on three sources when composing a response: a property knowledge document, current guest booking data, and previous chat history, producing replies that are relevant and accurate without requiring extensive editing.
According to the team, the vast majority of generated responses score highly on quality and reduce the time spent on guest communication substantially. It is aimed at hosts managing multiple listings who want to cut response time without sacrificing a personal touch. Pricing is usage-based per listing, with a free trial available during the beta period.
